Currently we already have our beta-version available for testing and personal use. During October we will shape it up and start introducing some new functions. One of the important and needed features for traders is the integration with exchanges via API, including import and export. We're planning to add the largest exchanges in November.

Answering your question, ""fully"" - never :-) Development is always a process of persistent improvement. We will always keep introducing new features and modifying the current ones.
But it's functional enough to be already useable. By November we will fix some bugs and the current functionality will be enough for 80% of users.

Roughly in June 2018 it will be ready the way that we planned it originally.

Then the tokens will be tradable ?  is any hold time for pre-ico tokens ?
