Yes this is correct, we intent to hold an ICO via an exchange. Hopefully some good exchange will list our token. We are planning to start negotiations in a few weeks.

i have loved the alfatoken ideas, its great but listing on exchanges before ico may not work, i predict the value for ico may not raised if its on exchange, why would i buy in the ico when i can buy at exchange,

Your opinion may be true, but I think what Dev means is that their token sales will be done by the exchange and at the time of the sales period or ICO no trading as usual, member only can buy this coin but can't sell until period of ICO is complete or sold out.
