The sale of the company??? Does it mean that the platform hasnt even been launched yet, but the founders of the project have already found future customers??

Youll have to undergo an easy KYC procedure when registering for ICO in order to confirm your identity.

Did you approach some vendors or suppliers for your marketplace? They may not like your idea as they prefer to move product in much greater bulk to eliminate inventory storage costs rather than sell them individually.
