"The primary source of energy donations would be the fundraising auctions, and the 0.9% would be received by WPR stakeholders at the time. We anticipate our rate of new projects growing rather than declining as H predicts, but I would also add that the opportunity to sell their own tokens at above-wholesale rates for the relatively minor cost of a 0.9% donation  means that for existing producers, continuing to tokenise and sell energy on the WePower platform would be a perfectly sensible option."
