is it normal that my ETH deposit take more than 5 days 9 hrs ago and until now nothing show or credit to my account ?
is it lost or what ?
and i fell a form from tow days and nothing show too
i talk to many support on email and on chat from day one until day 5 ..and every body say its fine don't worry it's will show eventually on your account.
did any body have the same issue or just me ?

I did not provide eth wallet in settings.

I had sent email to request refund cause didn't know us resident can't contribute. It's been 5 days. When can we see the refund.

It should be equal or more than min purchase amount.

You can do it now or later if you want, that's ok unless you want to withdraw your tokens from the platform.

Unfortunately these delays don't depend on us, because the whole Ethereum network is clogged these days, as you might know. But we do everything possible to help our community with the situation and every single payment won't be lost with its bonuses etc. So there's really no reason to worry about, we all just have to wait this force majeure out.

The minimum is 21000, but the optimal is at 70 GWEI
