it’s getting a longer-term investment everyday. the launch in Amsterdam was plan in Q4 2018 and now it’s Q1 2019. looks like we will see more delays from INS team

We are moving to the implementation of the project according to the roadmap. To launch the project we need to have a finished working platform, as u undertand it's not the matter of 2 days, to create  a blockchain platform that will work as a clock mechanism.
