This is a really good question. As one of the governing factors in the Potentiam economy is meritocracy we have placed a lot of emphasis on creating a network that will be highly beneficial to regular users.
This can happen in various ways and on different aspects of the network. Every action on the network that adds value to the network is rewarded sharing, liking, inviting new members are just some of the ways by which a user can earn on the network. Yes, there is also a rating system on the network that governs the number of tokens that can be earned. There are also other more direct ways of regular users earning tokens on the network such as promoting or acting the part of an influencer during music project crowdfunding. They are rewarded directly from creatives for performing actions like sharing their project and gaining both internal and external users to take part. These are just some ways.
