Wow, I can't tell if he's a complete douche or a genius. But he played the game and got the reward. Completely unfair, but what in life is fair? I'm not defending him either, I wish there was a way for dev to help but he can't do much anymore. The coins have been sent out.

Your assumption might not be true. This token has been trading for a while ago now and while some people are complaining about the airdrop, there've been some serious investors investing in it. Someone posted here yesterday investing 100s worth of eth and proomised to invest more when the current price go down.
My advice to people who missed the airdrop: not everybody would see the airdrop even if the notice period was 1 year. Most of you got to know because of the popularity the coin brought after the airdrop. The only reason you should feel sad is if you fail to get and hold some ebtc for future trade.
ebtc is not one of those who promised heaven on earth big giant technology they will never do.Just simple but better idea and all eyes on it.
