There is a city in Croatia that would like to start accepting Bitcoin for paying the electricity bills etc. Maybe you could introduce eBTC in some similar way in the future when it finally stabilises?

This thread is awesome - 371 pages, and half of these is people calling each other names. Nice discussion culture that has been developing, so I welcome the new rules set out by the moderator.

Although "6. attacking eBTC project -> will be deleted" I find a little questionable. Attacking in terms of unfair and rude behaviour: No brainer, should be deleted. Attack in terms of asking tough questions or voicing a more pessimistic opinion needs to be allowed I feel. This should be an open and balanced place of discussion.

How can I join this wonderful project.....I can see this project has a future.

Ive seen much worse,  you should see the SALT thread and telegram,  A crypto with over 150 million market cap and the devs delete every negative comment, you can only say positive things.

I'm not sure ebtc will ever take off when the transparency here is so murky.
IMO someone stepping up, publicly, and taking the reigns, again very publicly, would move this to a higher price.

Next thing I knew, few weeks later, they disappeared on etherdelta.  Investigating what happened, it turned out my tokens were renamed from EBTC to EBTCOLD.    I continued researching and found on twitter that EBTC had morphed to a new coin and was swapping them at a certain block.  This announcement was only about a week before it was to occur.    It said your tokens had to be in a private wallet at the time.   Only one week notice!   It was already past the block that they arbitrarily designated when I noticed it a few days after the arbitrary deadline.   Thinking they couldn't not honor tokens bought less than a month earlier, I transferred (transaction https://etherscan.io/tx/0x977916a9a90bebe25bd891f42f959d1aa9b7d846171fab6175a39e288ddd1bd8) into my private wallet from etherdelta the now called EBTCOLD tokens and now they sit as symbol EBTC_ perhaps because the OLD won't fit in the IMTOKEN design.   Anyhow it appears I was scammed due to not getting the new coins.   How many times can they do this?    The only reason I got into it was my taking what is now bad advise from OMAR (Crypt0) on youtube who was pumping it.    Can EBTC really continue to scam people like this?   I would obviously expect that my tokens should be swapped for the new ones but this hasn't happened.

Instead of you to contact etherdelta that can solve your problem, you came here saying rubbish. There were notice across all social media (Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, Steemit, Reddit, Medium) about the swap. Mercatox and HitBTC did swap for their customers.

I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE JOKE WITH THEIR INVESTMENTS THIS DAYS. ARE YOU NOT ASHAMED OF YOURSELF TO EVEN POST THIS, YOU BOUGHT AND LEFT FOR SEVERAL WEEKS WITHOUT CHECKING UPDATE.. You are responsible for your loss
