It then mean one has to live his investment  for over 2 month before making any decisions to sell or hold?  I will try to study the white paper to see if I can invest in. Oh it seems ICO will take so long journey then from October 2017 to February 2018 so it is almost 4 months to decide whether the coin will be sell or hold. I hope you can clear the dates posted in OP so we can figure things out
