Yes there is always a delay on almost any project, the most important is the Eidoo Exchange can be realized, we are very much like what it will be, and hope to be busy with high volume.

Delays usually happen because of unexpected problems that appeared during the development. We hope they can give us a new date as soon as possible.

I agree with you, it is just unfortunate that the price is dropping. We will see what happens with the exchange. I personally think the team might have stretched themselves too thin with all of the ICOs, and that their PR could be better. Bread and Ethos are doing airdrops, have very nice and colorful apps, and support many of the things that Eidoo also plans. I think that Eidoo should make every ICO run on their platform do an airdrop. Of course if the ICO is successful.

Of course the price is being hurt, but if the end result is better than the average exchange, people will switch without ever looking back. That won't happen if a mediocre exchange is launched.
