Today etherdelta have a problem only for me ? i think try to delete cache in browser . Bitfinex work fine ? .

usually, if you get problems with exchange, try to delete cache [CTRL+SHIFT+CANC].
if the problem persist, start to google for "EtherDelta issue" filtering for "last 24H"...
doing so you can find some fix for sure!

What is the purpose of Eidoo tokens? I cannot find it in the whitepaper.

Eidoo, a multi-currency wallet, hybrid exchange and token sale engine, announced that Eidoo tokens (EDO) will be listed on Bitfinex, a Bitcoin trading platform, against the pairs USD and Bitcoin.  The announcement follows a successful token sale that apparently raised $27.9 million on October 16th.
