My opinion. if the tokens to be burnt are circulating, they will not affect. So burning them will not change circulating supply, thus price will not be affected. If they were to buy circulating tokens in the market to burn them, then price would go up, higher demand, less supply. Not the case.
HOQU Price will go up if market improves and/or project is successful.they will not affect

markets is in down trend mode, so new exchange such as hibtc will not affected the price,,
but, i believe if this token listed on bittrex, we will have different story
