Well, not completely lost.
each 4-6 transaction does not reach the exchanger.
the exchanger support for 4 days ignored my appeals. but the problem has not been solved so far.
Only now 2 transactions have disappeared.
and the following 2 have arrived

If there are 2 transactions not reach the exchange you should recovery your wallet or resync yours wallet then the amount will be shown. Just because after sending your connection of daemon ior interuption from others nodes. Please make sure check all the transaction pool had been submitted and confirm on explorer.

How can you get it any screenshot? You should explain more or ask in truckcointech.blogspot.com

As I can see that is just the log from your wallet. You ahould use exploerer.truckcoin.io to trace your transactions or recover your wallet to latest version.

After tracing all the transactions from your wallet, all of them are shown up on explorer.truckcoin.io

recovery and rescan did not help
all the missing transactions were confirmed in the explorer. but the balance did not appear(btc-alfa). addresses (p.id) are correct

Use Prove Sending:

Prove to someone that you have sent them Truckcoin in this transaction
Tx private key can be obtained using get_tx_key command in truck-wallet-cli command line tool
Note: address and tx private key are sent to the server, as the calculations are done on the server side

After get prove sending to exchange address then you should send support to the exchange about it.

So simple and easy. Just because of us we don't know how to process.

only 3 have been credited to the account

and they did not find anything, they did not return
