I can explain this - your "pre-orders" are not in fact pre-orders but are orders. 

Sorry are Purchase orders, but I didnt pay, I make a big order with KNC.

it is pretty simple...  they have a second numbering for the placed orders

OP was quick to place orders once kncminer allowed placing orders.  But going by the screen shot you can't tell if he is a 1-500 customer.

he would have to click on one of the orders to show that.

I have a <100 pre-reg and I have a placed order# of 560

I will not argue with you, i was in orsoc Tuesday not told me what you say. It's easy to try to deny what I say. But if anyone doubts that sam@kncminer.com contact.

titomane, even if you believe you are right, you should try to confirm.
I'm pretty sure they originally misunderstood your question, and believed that you're talking about pre-orders.

I have two very low numbers (#30  #61) from the 1-500 batch pre-orders, from the same day they announced KNCminer on the forum.

I even wrote them Sam who confirmed that I have both numbers in the queue and can transfer the second one to someone. (I'm in a process of selling #61 - https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/226069.0 )

Both my and your numbers in the queue can't be maintained, so one of us was misinformed.

I have something that someone can have value if for you not not buy it.
