In accordance with Letter No. 29-208 72889 of the National Bank of Ukraine dated 08.12.2014 regarding operations with Bitcoin virtual currency crypto currency and referring them to foreign exchange trading, the right to credit foreign currency received from the sale of bitcoins abroad has only specially authorized banking institutions.
