By the end of the year ? Brother, it's already at $5700 and increasing at this speed it will hardly take one or two days more for BTC to reach $6000 target. It's 24 hr High is $5850 and low is $4860 which shows that it has increased almost $1000 in just a day. It's a massive movement and shows that it will reach $6000 just in a few days. The history has shown that whenever BTC raised at such huge speed, it had fallen down at the same speed. So we should be ready for the downward movement too.

Relax, altcoins will take their moment to shine once the dust settles around bitcoin.

People are selling to get into bitcoin, but soon there is not enough alts to buy to get back into them. The net sum of both will be higher.

I wonder why people are still rushing into and buying at these new ATH. Serious FOMO

There are many factors for the rise in price but anyway it is a milestone for Bitcoin and its community. I believe bitcoin will rise and fall to maintain a $5000 level this month.

I had predicted that it would reach 5k before 25th but it looks like we're going to breaking 6k ceiling before that.  exciting

My grouse with mainstream media stems from a long history of reporting what sells. And now Bitcoin being the bad guy helping kidnappers and ransomware hackers and drug syndicates no longer sells. But if one day Bitcoin faces a real struggle, they will again sell the bad news.

The only good media covering a lot of the good things about Bitcoin and the blockchain innovations caused by Bitcoin are still the online portals. But they also suffer reputation damage as they cover a lot of ICOs.

Bitcoin seems to be unstoppable, it will reach to $6,000 easily before the fork.
I have been very optimistic about the success of bitcoin and I think we will be surprise with the amount it will end this year. There are signs already that it's going mainstream because big business especially those who are in banking are reacting to it already and if they will adopt bitcoin will beat them.

It's a big threat to them!
