1) Who Development BTG and BCC ??

2) Is satoshi nakamoto Development BTC or other Developers

Nobody knows who is/are the real developers and team of bitcoingold and bitcoincash, because them both are coins borned from a fork and hardfork, so the whole technology works different.
the only thing we know is that we are going to receive free tokens from them, nothing more.
actually we dont even know how much will btg be worth, maybe we will know a lot of things a few days after the fork is done.

Satoshi Nakamoto has not been seen in a very long time at this point. Bitcoin has largely been developed by the team of Bitcoin Core developers, which the developers of the other forks like to slander.

It doesn't' matter much who developed a cryptocurrency as it is decentralized, so the developer does not have much influence over it. The first announcement of BTG was in this post: https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/207008.0 and for BCC the announcement thread was https://bt.irlbtc.com/view/1681719.0 so it is obvious the ones who posted them has some significant contribution to the respective cryptos.
Though it is widely believed someone called satoshi nakamoto was the primary developer of Btc, there is no conclusive evidence who he is and ofcourse many other developers contributed to the development of btc during its different phases.

Yes it doesnt matter who are the real owners or developers of those coins, do you really need to know who are the devs? it would not affect the price because it is a forked coin.
And i dont think that satoshi created them, because they are different projects and we are going to receive the coins from them.

And this is false, the "bitcoincash ann" that you mentioned is not bitcoincash, that is the announcement of bitconnect, and those are very different projects.
And that bitcoingold is a deadproject, it is very different to the actual bitcoingold, it is not difficult to see it, because that ANN is from 2013...

satoshi nakamoto bitcoin founder, if bitcoin dev , much people much dev participate develop bitcoin
