It's really hard to come across a project with an original idea. Now there are so many people who are approaching the blockchain technology, "People are taking money without doing any business here, we are making a project and finding our way". I guess people are attracted to those who have no account of the return of money in this sector's market. Sometimes so lucrative projects collect so high that I can not surprise you. But it's always a bloody mistrust of the dumb projects. That is why popular ideas are attracting more projects that hold them.

This is really bad period for financing ICO projects  and how many founds have been collected at the moment?  

Do we have the stats for pre-sale available to all or this too will be announced later along with the start of the ICO? and do we have an escrow for the ICO?

I went in and out of signing earlier because the road is long. Obviously their collective investment hid me away from the project. Maybe we will invest according to the incoming student. I follow Site and ICO. I hope I do not feel sorry for going out without signing. In the meantime, a beluga is a whale. The whale in the abdomen comes from there.

Just saw a card based project UAHPAY turning out scam today.So thought of asking about the escrow part, which I feel is important and if you do feel you need to reach out to community and ask them to vote ,it would be a better option in my opinion
