it mean PoW will disable after block 10000 ? can someone explain ?

Dev or any other member please help:

I lost my passphrase for my GPlay wallet, i think, i entered some other phrase at the creation thinking i copied the one i wanted. Now when i try to unlock the wallet for staking is when i found my intended pass phrase is not working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have my wallet.dat file though.

Only way would be to brute force the wallet with something like hashcat
