That is what he claims.  He setup to meet me at a Wendy's on 7th, right off 35.

I'm guessing he just google mapped Austin and found a Wendy's.  He's most likely from somewhere else.

The name "Mosper" is now tainted beyond repair.  I don't know why he just doesn't use another username and start again.

The only thing this guy should be selling is photoshop lessons. Anyone that 100% refuses to use escrow is almost always a scammer.
