not every single user is bound to become a bitcoin guru and I don't think that generalisation is appropraite here
especially if you try to define "quality bitcoin user" -what is that?
to become an experienced specialist in something,one has to spend time and effort studying
but many people are not willing to learn and are in for the profit only,which is a ok as well
I guess when the total base of users is growing,there will be less users that you could call "quality" ,speaking in your terms
but this is only normal,just proves the laws of probablility distribution
