A subjective evaluation in a good way, of course, is part of our concept. Other conditions being equal, nobody can evaluate an employees soft skills better than his/her own employer. Any customers evaluation turns out to be subjective too.
I agree with you up to a point, but in blockchain we decentralize information to achieve objectivity.
