Well it does really matter on the amount of the fee that you're putting for this TX and the amount that is being sent, plus some other info which is going to be a number of inputs and outputs for the transaction.

Could you by some chance copy and paste the TX here from the transaction you're talking about?

You can track your transaction hash to see if the transaction has been confirmed. I think you may have chosen a low transaction fee that bitcoin trading is quite large so the process is slower. Please wait more to see the results, as long as it lasts, it should take an one, even two days. I have also been like this, my transaction takes more than a day to complete. as much as possible refrain from bitcoin transfers as of this moment as they are in the mode of bitcoin fork, this is to prevent ant loss of transaction which it will be hardly to recover, this is the advice from other bitcoin community while in the process of forking. but their are some forum members here that offer bitcoin transaction acceleration just visit on the marketplace->services section.

But mr. I have also pending transaction in ether delta which I sell ELTCOIN token. At first I thought it was successful but after refreshing no ETH added to my ether delta deposit row and when I am creating a new transaction it said error then I checked the transaction history I made .. it said pending for 30 mins... I think it is not the fee although it will affect but my past transaction was same the fee I used in this pending and it will onky take a minute or half to confirm..
My question is if there is pending transaction you are not eligible to make a new one unless it confirms or what?

you are patient in waiting for the process in the next few days, maybe you can take 2-3 days, and it is very little annoying and even then also require a fairly high cost for transaction costs.

I am also new and my friend told me the higher the fee the faster you get or the transaction confirmed
base in your fee it is in low side . and some of the transactions also are not confirmed just wait and it will  be come soon if the site you used is legit.
