I've spent my Bitcoins on this 6 days ago. Got a confirmation mail with

But the "guide to log" does not work (an account password is not sent), and the support on
tokensale@liveedu.tv
does not communicate at all.

I just spoke to our backend team. We are setting up our automated reporting systems now. If you see your transaction confirmed on the blockchain, then all is fine. Once the automated system is setup you will see your contribution on the dashboard after you logged in. I will also let the Token sales team know so they can verify your email
