Hello everyone,

the last week I decided to register on Bittrex as I had read many good things on this exchanger.

I also deposited money on it thinking the process was fast enough, so I did the basic verification > Fail.. ask me to do enhanced verification fail once and can't try again asks me to contact the support desk, in the ticket I also sent all my documents + a selfie of me holding my ID card.
Well after 11 days none is giving me an answer and my money are stuck in the exchanger, I've read that I can speed up my ticket by contecting them in their Slack, but ofc as I'm not a verified user I can't access it, dunno what should I do, anyone had the same problem and solved it somehow?
