Let´s just wait for a good P2P decentralised exchange.
bitz, livecoin, bittrex, poloniex hitbtc,are all centralized scammy exchanges they hold your private keys so they can do whatever they want with your money while is deposited on their platforms.
Of course, you never use Bittrex, Poloniex, Hitbtc, etc...
Unfortunately I did in the past when there were not too many P2P decentralized options.
Fortunately now I use shapeshift, cryptopia, bisq
Atomic swaps will change the game very soon, making exchanges as they are today, obsolete. Waiting for that day.
