Probably not that is a standard rule for airdrops nowadays but I gotta say first the Ethereum name gets dragged into the ground, now we must do same to Bitcoin? My goodness what is going on in the world...

why do you ask us to send you gas you scammer.  just distribute like all other airdrops do!   waste of time!

You can look at the roadmap, when will they try to get the coin listed on exchange?
Why you ask for it anyway? Want to sell what you got from the airdrop or want to buy more BTCQ? If you want to buy then you can join the crowdsale or open an offer to buy BTCQ, maybe there are some user who are willing to sell what they got from the airdrop for quick cash.
