and what will happen with difficulty btc ? after 2X

isn't better to sell btc before 2X and after when price fall buy again ?

I'm going to hodl Bitcoin, like I did for years.
Not going to sell anything, I might buy more but that will really depend on the price and the demand.

I am going to sell because 2017 looks a lot like 2013 to me. That is to say, I expect a huge correction for next months (post multiple forks). Besides, we don't know if BTC or BT2X is going to win but only BTC is easy to get in my country (no altcoins). Then, I will get my multiple forks profit next week and wait till next year to decide how I move on.

In 2018, I may try once again that exchange webs verify my accounts (I haven't succeeded with Bittrex and Poloniex, and don't know why..), and get into altcoins for trading. Or I may rebuy BTC/BT2X for long term holding (years).  

This strategy is suitable to me as I don't even have half a bitcoin, live in a third world country and have been investing in BTC for just a couple of months (28% profit though).

I will hold my bitcoins. I think segwit 2X will be better than last forks BCC and BTG . Selling your bitcoins unless necessary it's a bad choice I think as bitcoin will continue to rise after segwit 2X. Bitcoins will survive don't panic.

I am going to do exactly nothing.  I have this experience from the BCC fork on 1st August. I received 3-4 days before the BCC form numerous messages as that it would be better to withdraw my bitcoin to money before the fork then reinvest it. This is what i have done and I have withdrew 0.52 bitcoin then at a price of 2800 USD/bitcoin. A week latter the price of bitcoin started to rise, and I started to regret. And my regret was deeper when I found that I could have had also 0.54 BCC together with 0.54 bitcoin, if I have not withdrawn.
 My advice for everyone here: don't do anything before segwit 2X, especially do not withdraw your bitcoins.

I'm new to cryptocurrency so I'm looking for wiser advice
I'm thinking to change altcoin in bitcoin now, then wait until day before fork and rechange them in altcoins. In this days the price of bit 'll increase much more than the altcoin's one I'll gain altcoins and after the fork, when the bit is cheaper, I can rechange in bit choosing the main blockchain.
It seems a reasonable idea to you? Or I'm wrong at all?

I don't expect much from this fork but I will keep the coins. It might happen that the price will rise up to the fork date and then it might fall a bit but don't expect some big dump. The problem is that the forks happen more often and so many different often false information are given to users and it's hard to make decision what to beleive and what to expect.

For a new guy like myself just getting in and learning. The hard fork coming up makes me want to hold out before buying in. Maybe the price will come down some before going back up. Might be a good time to buy.
