yes. we were told that as the price got higher then moves would be slower. i can't really see that myself. gaining and losing hundreds of dollars in a few hours is not slower and we're not in the mania phase either.

After I read the news about the announcement from the CME Group I wasn't really surprised, but before that, I didn't really knew what was going on. It could be related to the fork, but the rise was just way to big to be just that. The price will probably get a correction after the fork but I really think we will be seeing $10k until the end of the year. Of course that with crypto it's very hard to predict prices.

Yes, surprised for sure. But i heard that there are around 30.000 wallets opened per day, so experts are willing to say that there is a raise until 10.000$ to expect. We will see.
But i think this also could become real.

I'm not too surprised. There's been a lot of movement and hype around both the Bitcoin Gold fork and the upcoming SegWit2x hard fork.

I am guessing that there are a number of big whales buying in along with normal people who are just now realizing the massive potential of Bitcoin. I would still be cautious with Bitcoin until the hype around the SegWit2x fork clears, and see what happens with the 2 coins.

Regardless, I can't see Bitcoin losing value after what happened with Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, etc but you never know. Just don't invest more than you can afford and you will be okay.

I did not really realize the value of the bitcoin will increase so much. Bitcoin prices were reduced to $2000 a few days ago. Now $7000 is really hard to believe. And i look forward to seeing what will happen at the end of this year. I think the right time to invest now.

The upward journey of the price has been incredible. But it's nothing unexpected for bitcoin - it can easily travel 20-30% both directions in a day. I very much believe that it will get close to 10,000 even this year, though this will be big resistance point for the price

Yes i really surprised with this price, my forecast was no more then 6300 -6500, kerps several days and come back to 5700
