Some kennels are trying to implement certain innovations which do make lives for the dog owners easier. Some of the US based dog related organizations are quite organised.  However, in most of the countries the situation is at the medieval age development stage. Pen, paper, envelope and a nasty individual behind the counter is the way they operate.

Being conservative is not always a good thing you know.   People still ban their children from getting married to people of different nationalities in certain cultures and some people still eat horses. Balance is important. It, probably, looks good to have a queen and fancy wedding rituals but when, in the 21st century, you have to wait for weeks and months for your pet travel paperwork to be done or dog show certificate to be issued, especially, after paying a hefty amount of money for them, most of the people we know are beginning to think that maybe it's time to change some things.  

At the moment, we are planning to have a short 7 days long pre ICO followed by 20 days long sale.

Zkylos is one of very few projects these days that aim societal transformation. We do solve real problems that masses of people encounter every single day. There are hundreds of millions of dog and other pet keepers around the globe and many of them suffer from the same troubles. As dog owners, we feel this pain and are working on changing things around.
We firmly believe that 21st century is the time when technology will transform our society for better and a lot of bad things will become obsolete. Zkylos will follow the trend by setting new standard for canine administrative procedures worldwide and making life of every dog owner easier and more convenient!

In some previuos comments you mention that this is also going to be a social network thing for dog owners. Is it going to be like a Facebook for dogs?
