He should really get someone to answer email even if it has to say "We'll get back to you asap" on questions a new guy can't answer.

If you're not happy with the service, cancel it. Simple as that.

I am sorry to hear that. That's very unfortunate. I think the owner is very busy with what's going on at mtGox, but still he should have had somebody answer your e-mails for sure. If it's a recurring charge on your card, could you cancel it with the bank? If not, I'd ask to get the money back if I was you.

nevermind - my domain order showed "delivery failed", i emailed them and got a response that i have to accept conditions.

I sent my second emails to Kalyhost and Mark in English and French requesting the VPS cancellation and refund. Will keep everyone updated.

Have been attempting to PM Mark on freenode and have been ignored. Emails sent again.

Mark then stops talking. He refuses to do what's right and leaves me no other option to claim fraud. He claims a 30 day money back guarentee but fails to deliver. Buyer beware. Luckily 3.30 is a drop in the bucket for me but for others this is a warning.
