You should have to pass the KYC to make store your token into official wallet. You can do from settings tab there are all instructions how to pass this procedure and use this wallet. It is very simple process but the team didn't inform us in advance to take withdraw or do this.

So if I am holding tokens on official wallet since end of ICO, should I pass KYC to withdraw them?

which official wallet do you mean - web or cli?
if web then you must pass KYC, if cli - you dont need it

Where is it? I can't see any kyc button in the mobile app. Or is it just doable through the homepage?

I almost forgot I have still a lot of electroneum in my online wallet, but the login page has a lot of bug recaptcha is not working now the page is showing 404 I am checking news herer and why it is now pumping, are all our coins safe in their online wallet, and is the KYC obligatory?

You should follow them on social media to see what is happening and let know about big news. This is just recovering big pump is not get started I hope this will move to new ATH. Telegram is good place to talk with friendly community and let know about big updates.

Strange that each time the price of ETN pumps the online wallet is under maintance .....

I was pretty sure this will happen again, let's say some inner feeling, and i keep all ETN on the exchange,
however, new mined ones are blocked of course.....
