Good.Very good. most do not even have 1 ETH on the wallet.   
what then gets a poor asian or african who has only 0.03 eth. ? He gets next to nothing. ? I think that's really unfair.

not 1 ETH but at least 0.10 ETH, this is unfair but if minimum 0.03  the cost of gas maybe 3 - 5 fold

So all ethereum holders with balance more than 0.1 ETH will get your new tokens or they will be choosen randomly from all holders with balance greater 0.1 ETH? And how many i will get if i had for example 0.345 ETH? Your token is fractional?

Does this include ethereum balance on the coinomi wallet?
