You did a private relead back in September 1st, solo mining it for 2 months and said it was only premine 1%? What is the total max supply for this coin? How much UralsCoin per block reward? Be public about your coin and your project or else no one here would waste their hash your coin.
I've wrote later - mining begins in 1 hour after publishing source code in github. It was users from China, Europe, Latin America, etc. I have no such power to mine it for my own.

What are you talking about? If you never posted your github public then you were only one mining, not users from China, Europe etc. How could they know about your Github if you never posted it anywhere?
Yes, maybe after you made this thread there was users from China, Europe and so on, but not before unless you told them.
ALso, you should make your webpage in English also, or at least make language selection.
And is this coin on any exchange? And how many coins exactly do you have ? like few milion probably.
