Plain down - your KYC procedure sucks!!! How can you make a passport a non-negotiable requirement? A passport is a travel document - not everyone will necessarily have one.
You should allow an investor to upload any acceptable form of identification that is recognized within his/her country. Use a realtime ID verification PaaS/SaaS such as Jumio or Trulioo.

Secondly, why don't you have an ICORating ?

I think this project has been successful to 60% and they have enough elements to develop the project. I think the next time CEDEX will have many strategies to attract new investors and will create the most favorable conditions for investors can easily access projects with many attractive prizes for everyone.

This is one of the fastest presale i've participated but feeling sad that the japan community can't participate on the ongoing sale this is the reason why cedex postponed their ico in january.
