Bitcoin is a good mode of payment. Not only for freelancers but also many companies started to accept payment with bitcoin. For example one of my friend who is architect and interested in bitcoin has office and he accepts bitcoin payment. Because bitcoin is a good investment nowadays.

Unfortunately, not many employer or companies are paying or accepting bitcoin.  But, I can see an increase in paying bitcoin for freelance work which is good for the community.

Yes Bitcoin is really a good of payment but we cannot deny the fact that it is very risky. What if upon paying you there's a sudden price correction or a huge price down? You already incurred loss. You can also gain instant profit from it if there a huge price increase after you received the payment in Bitcoin. So you must be prepared to accept whatever the consequence if you will choose Bitcoin as a mode of payment.

Accepting Bitcoin as mode of payment would be cool. Before I was thinking that I will be accepting Bitcoin and even other alts on my business. But after experiencing lows and highs I might change it. Too much volatility especially on alts is scary.

This makes sense for me. It's a great idea to receive payment in the form of bitcoins because in that way, you get to directly invest your money. Regardless of the condition of the market, its value will increase sooner or later.

Bitcoins as a mode of payment is actually good but it should not be used to paid salaries .
BTC is already a mode of payment for some companies like Microsoft, Dell and sites like steam. Tge transaction speed would be needed to increase because the transaction fees they take and the time it takes to complete transmission of BTC is not proportional.


I don't think that this is a good idea , poeple would have to be dependent on the value of BTC to buy something and would feel restricted.
