When we are using shared public IPs issued by our ISP, lot of troubles happens. This most of the time saying you have entered a post before 360 seconds although it is not. What are the recommendations for this?
Then use a proxy, but I'm guessing you're probably just not waiting the full 6 minutes before you try post. Logging in and attempting/failing to post reset the timer. When you log in, make sure to wait 6+ minutes then try again and I'm almost certain it will work. However, it there's loads of people posting on one IP then you'll need a proxy or different connection.
