yeah , learning some international language like russia , japan or basic english will good for discuss about crypto and a lot ICO is based/developed by english or russian citizens.

I mean, they need to have their own translator. I think that one of their team worked with the translation of the website and other content, but combined the position of work. On first page in this thread are many freelancers for others languages. But better if in your team are your own translators.
