and 2) Take a screen shot of your bitcoin payment proof and send that.

its not a scam, just follow instructions, when they are issued. Its a bit messy i agree, but its for secuity reasons they say.

I think it is for the one who bought tokens only, what about the bounty participants? How can we get out tokens?

I am not sure, but i think the bounty tokens will be sent after the main distribution is done.
