why not finish your website, token sales, exchanges and everything first then only post an ANN?

Yes, it will stake off-chain. Meaning, tokens will be kept in specified addresses while it shows that it is staking on the website accounts. When one withdraws, the initial amount + staked amount will be sent from our Stake Reserve address (75 million tokens reserved in total).

The total amount to be sold during token sale is 20 million. This is 20% of the total supply and all unsold tokens are destroyed.

I will look forward to your website and also to the whitepaper as it is very important to dig deeper in your goal and roadmap. In exchanges also it will be good if you will start from bigger exchanges so the value of the tokens will be good.
Your long term plan sounds promising, buying back the tokens from the market and burning them just to balance the supply X demand.
This will make the tokens value also grow once the two will become balance.

I think you should add campaigns for social media too or even pay for promotional ads that will be used in you social media campaign. In that way the coin will also gain popularity among crypto people who are not in the btctalk furom but active in trading in trading sites.  Cheers
