My point of view Bitcoin & Crypto Currency definitely legal.Because crypto business is very popular platform over the whole world.Day by day People strongly enter in the cryptocurrency business.But many countries announced Bitcoin is a illegal platform.

Most scandals about tax evasion, as we all know very well, are connected with rich people, including government members do not disdain it.

All things in this world can be abused and no exception with bitcoin. As  long as we obey the rules that apply in our respective countries, I think there is nothing to worry about. Tell your parents that what you do with bitcoin is the things that still follow the rules that apply in your country. Give them proof of what you do with bitcoin.

There is hardly anything you can do to convince your parents and not only you but equally for a lot of us who have parents and the reason is because while the generation that they were born, they are to accept whatever is being said or given as instruction as against our own which is about questioning the standard. What you do to avoid trouble is to keep them out of your dealings because I expect for anyone to be involved in bitcoin means that he/she is an adult and able to be responsible for his actions and held accountable for it as well.

For the government, you I personally don't expect them to say something otherwise because anything that wants to challenge their continued dominance will not be tolerated and going to the point of announcing on TV shows how long they are willing to go. What should be something of paramount to you is how they are willing to effect the new policy.

This has never happened so stop spreading FUD.
Rather than showing your personal frustration against banks here you should be thankful to them.
Almost all of the new bitcoin users generation has used banks to transfer their funds to exchanges without wire transfers we would still be exchanging coins behind 7-eleven.

I dont know about your country, in mine the transaction using otherthan national currency is illegal, other than that is fine

To me crypto in general is legal, the one should be illegal is pump and dump coin which is ripping off people money

I actually don't think the people who trying to pump or dump coin price is illegal because if they just do it by themselves and nobody join with their waves. Nobody is hurt. But because players who saw the price is going up too fast and falling to FOMO situation then they buy it and hope to get profit in a very short term. Their money, so they have to control it, and have responsibility on it. Can't blame anyone for that 
p/s: Thank you all for many informations, and I think maybe we could use bitcoin and cryptocurrency freely in the future without any control because maybe there are no way for people want to control it, crypto is just for use, not for tracked and manage. lol

I think people who think of Bitcoin as illegal are those who do not understand Bitcoin. Until now there are still many countries that have not determined their attitude towards Bitcoin and this has proven that Bitcoin is still free to use. I as a Bitcoin user who has been using for 4 years ago thinks that people who say illegal Bitcoin are those who are afraid of Bitcoin, they are afraid when the Bitcoin price movement happens very quickly. Though it does not always have a negative stigma, when we are smart and careful then we can actually use it. only smart people who will succeed and those who dare to take risks to use Bitcoin is one part.

Bitcoin is not illegal in fact some countries like Russia support bitcoin and crypto currencies the only problem is that bitcoin like a normal currency can be use for illegal activities and for sure there are some syndicate that uses bitcoin in their transactions and we cannot help that nor trace their transactions since bitcoin don't have anyone to control it. This things must be known to all people so they will not accuse bitcoin as an illegal currency.

In most of the countries, you can buy and sell bitcoins and cryptocurrencies as long as you pay the taxes the right way and declare your coins to the IRS. Actually some countries have oficially accepted bitcoin as a payment method. I always say that Russia and maybe China will be the first countries to announce bitcoin as 2nd official fiat money.
