what if the value of the crypto-currencies, tokens and digital assets  not grow?

Heh ... Why people are so excited about having topic on Bitcointalk forum is a mystery for me. 
We will sink here in the ocean of this never-ending airdrops, bounty campaigns and other free stuff - then placed on EtherDelta, in wholesale quantity.  LoL
Perhaps, we missed board for "Quality Tokens"?

Thanks for visiting Passive Coin topic.
Perhaps, you are right. The word bounty looks better for signature and all this similar promotion giveaways.
But ... buyer's of Passive Coin (or any other coin/token) support the project with their own money.
In my opinion, rewarding buyers is much more important and the best way to say "thank you" for trust and support they really give to the project.
It's really secondary matter, if the word "Bounty" do not match in this particular case.

Yes, I remember, you bought some Passive at nice low price, in earlier rounds.
Good! 
I suggest to keep at least 500 Passive untouched as we plan next project.
Next year (maybe in the middle or sooner) all holders of minimum 500 Passive Coins will receive some free coins from new project, as well.
Anyway, thanks for your support to our small project.
Just watch the news and we all end up with some value in our crypto-wallets.

Indeed, we do not offer traditional bounties, as seen in many threads around.
However, we gave away thousands of free coins to buyer's (previous initial sale rounds) and still give away.
Just got PM from Bitcointalk member wish to buy Passive for ETH 0.3. This is 560 Passive Coins. This buyer will receive 20 free coins.
When you buy more, the buyer's bounty get bigger. Please check at opening post.

We are small project with 500K issuance and around max 300K in real circulation.
All proceeds from initial sale is collected into diversified backing fund, in order to leverage the future price of Passive Coin.
We do not push people to buy. All unsold coins will be held as in-house investment, some sold via exchange (after listing), some via private placement with 10% discount to market price.
I am really sorry, we disappoint some Bitcointalk members that there are no airdrops or bounty schemes, at our topic.
Instead, we build long-term value that will please Passive holders, long-term.

According to ur inital sa rounds is total of 260,000 passive coin.. how about the remaining coin just hold only the dev or another sale again why u did not put the 95% of token supply  on initial sale..

If ever will finished the initial sake rounds what happens the coin.

Thanks for visiting our small and modest topic.

Firstly, no need for any road-map. Passive is simply model, we issued low supply coin, sold some Passive - collecting other crypto and form growing & diversified backing fund, that will help leverage Passive price long-term.
Do this model need any road-map?

Passive project do not have any soft-cap or hard-cap. But for your information:
- We sold enough of coins in early initial rounds to push forward and list Passive on exchange in December (or around). Next year, we aim to list Passive on well-developed decentralized exchange, like CryptoBridge, altcoin.io or EDEX. We will see which exchange is the most encouraged by users. But, for sure, we are not going to list on EtherDelta.
- All unsold coins from initial sale rounds (especially from  rounds @18cents and @20cents) will be sold later on in small transactions (after listing on the exchange) or offered via private placement with 10% discount to market price.
- Around 100K to 190K of Passive will be held as in-house investment, inside the project. (owned by project). We will use this coins to boost Backing Fund and to boost any future projects under Passive brand umbrella. We could also use this coins for swaps with other good outside projects, to gain promising coins/tokens into our backing fund.

Yes, initial total fixed supply is 500,000 coins.
Owner (me) own 60K, but I have locked 50K out of circulation for a year.
Another 100 to 190K will stay as in-house investment.

So, real circulation will be somewhere between 200K to 300K coins.
But, for sure never more than 350K in real circulation.

We are small project, no need to big hyip or making unnecessary buzz for ICO or similar "unhealthy" schemes.
I can also sell via PM here, at Bitcointalk, as well.
It's small project, I can do sale manually and not be afraid of hacking or sale address manipulation, as happened on some ICOs.

Anyway, slowly, calmy going forward. Step by step to success!
