Well it certainly can be lower I will make a deal for 10k in two hours in robinson's starbucks. (<- Security retard by telling everybody this  ?). I will be leaving to Baguio after this weekend or during and wont be back for a week or two (Definitely coming for the meeting mentioned in the pilipinas thread).
