I am also having issues with my previous wallet since it requires confirmation to be able to withdraw the money and when i submit some requirement they wouldn't accept it even if it was all legit and it gives me a hard time. This is the advantage of anonymous exchange/wallets because it does not required for you to verify your account to get access with your own money.
