Some projects without bounty campaign were big projects that resulting in successfully ICO. But that does not mean projects that hold bounty campaign are not good, it's just
this became one of the indications that I have been paying attention to. I hope crowd genie will hold a bounty campaign along with the succesfully ICO

We already use an escrow for our lending business.
