Payments do not depend from manager, he knows the problem, but he simply can do nothing with delays. The actual address of your message is Graft support, but as I know they do not hurry with replies the same like with payments. So, we have nothing besides to wait and if you do not like something you can change the signature campaign like some other users already did.

Actually the user "graft-project" is active on the forum.He made a post on Feb 10, promoting the GRAFT ICO on the Alternate cryptocurrencies forum board.It`s strange that he has time to promote the ICO,but he is "very busy" and don`t have any time to post an update here or just send the delayed payments.
