It's not that hard to show people what bitcoin because with the way things stand, bitcoin is introducing itself on it's own and people are flocking to it in a pretty fast pace. I don’t! I wouldn’t even consider making this my burden. All I need to do is introduce the system to them and that’s it! If they invest, great! If not, their loss! Trying to convince people is not the practical way. You should focus on your own journey and when you become successful, let that be your testimony. This way, no need to do any convincing...

I convince them by saying that it would be the future currency and they would lose a lot of the opportunity  not buying a bitcoin now and that its price would grow up higher than we can imagine.

If I given a chance to teach others what is bitcoin, its easy to convince others to invest bitcoin, because its for us, bitcoin is for everybody. Bitcoin, is our future. The value of this is so high, so everybody can own it now for their future for their children.

Ask them if the credit on their Credit card is physical money or the money in their Banks. Those are also <digital> numbers in some centralized database. They only get the physical cash money when they withdraw it from the ATM or the Bank.

Bitcoin is exactly the same, the only difference is that bitcoins are stored in a decentralized database or Blockchain on 1000s of computers globally. <You can also convert bitcoins to cash with Bitcoin ATMs or Vending machines or simply converting it to cash, once you withdrawn it from a Bitcoin exchange to your Bank account. ^smile^

My policy is to approach the topic not from an investment point of view, but from how it is helping to stablize many thrid world economies around the world. I think people will listen to the humanistic angle.

This has been asked a million times only with a different question but still, the same point. I don't think I can blame you enough because you are only a newbie in this forum, but everyone is obligated to do some research and lots of reading first. To answer your question, it is better to just show them proofs that will support your claims that bitcoin is great, etc. We all need some assurance to do something new because most of us are afraid to take the risk. This mindset of us is what keeps us from all the opportunity that we could possibly have to a better lives.

I do not think that people now are needed to be convinced into the fact that it is very profitable to invest into Bitcoin. They see how it jumped and understand that BTC has a great future. It gives freedom and speed of transactions.
