As for whether there will be a correction, it's absolutely possible.  Corrections are always possible, regardless of the market conditions, and that's why you should avoid investing more than you're comfortable losing.

If you're not comfortable losing a significant chunk of your money, you should sell, otherwise you might end up selling at a loss as soon as the price falls. 

If you think you would be comfortable with it, you'll need to neutrally evaluate how likely the possibility of a bear market is.  Personally, I consider it very likely over the next six months or so.
