There are many people mining, you would expect to see blocks appear fast, especially once difficulty has been set for a few days.

This one had 7 in 12 minutes.  Doesn't mean anything, just some lucky people.  New block solved in 9 seconds for one.

Yea had a look at Bitcoin monitor earlier and saw only 2 blocks in 1 hour...
